Before placing a pre-order on our website, please be aware of the following:

All pre-orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to release, all cancelations are subject to a non-refundable 3% fee charged at the time of purchase. We strive to combine your order as much as possible, this does mean that if you order a non-preorder item along with a preorder item, it is subject to a hold until that pre order item ships. If you wish to receive your non-preorder item earlier, you must do a separate transaction.
