All shipping is handled by our small team; we assure you that we take all the necessary steps to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.
We charge a 6.00 flat rate fee to ship our products. What does this mean for you? We recommend that you purchase your orders in bulk as you will only be charged 6 dollars for any order regardless of final price.
** Additionally, please be aware that orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will NOT ship until the following Business Day.
Given the unique dynamics of the Trading Card Game (TCG) market, our policy regarding returns and refunds is stringent. Generally, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, there are rare exceptions where we acknowledge mistakes on our part or instances where the product is damaged due to our error. In such cases, we will issue a refund.
It's important to note that refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee. We appreciate your understanding of this policy as we strive to maintain fairness and integrity within our operations.
